ANS: At the World University Games in Chengdu, China, Indian shooters and archers won six medals, including four golds.

Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, Divyansh Singh Panwar, and Arjun Babuta defeated Chinese favorites to win the 10m air rifle men’s team gold. Aishwary also won the men’s 10m air rifle individual event.

Avneet Kaur won the compound women’s individual gold against Alyssa Grace Sturgill. Men’s individual gold and bronze went to Sangampreet Bisla and Aman Saini.

India is second in the event with 17 medals—nine gold, three silver, and five bronze; The host China leads with 21 medals.
