Bokaro: A major fire incident rocked the Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) in the early hours of Sunday, leading to the temporary suspension of operations at Blast Furnace #1 (BF-1). No casualties or fatalities were reported in the incident, said an official.
The incident unfolded abruptly around 10 am when a sudden and intense blaze erupted, accompanied by a powerful explosion within a tuyere of Blast Furnace #1. Eyewitnesses recounted the scene, highlighting the immediate impact on production activities.
