Ranchi: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the results of the 12th examination across all three streams. Once again, girls have excelled in the results.

A total of 344,000 students appeared for the examination. Sneha emerged as the state topper in the Science stream, Pratibha Saha secured the top position in Commerce, and Zeenat Parveen topped in Arts.

In the Science stream, 68,203 students were successful out of the 94,433 who appeared for the exam, with a pass percentage of 72.70%. Commerce results showed a slightly better performance, with 23,235 out of 25,907 students passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 90.60%. Among the passed students, 61% secured a first division.

For the Arts stream, out of the 224,502 students who appeared for the exam, 206,685 students passed, achieving a success rate of 93.7%. Of these, 40.78% secured a first division.

This is the first time that JAC has released the results of all three streams simultaneously. The results were announced by JAC Chairman Anil Mahato.
