Bokaro: The Bokaro Club hosted a vibrant poetry symposium on Thursday to celebrate the foundation day of the Navkumbh Sahitya Seva Sansthan. The event, spearheaded by Purnima Suman, President of the Jharkhand branch, and Chandni Verma, Secretary, drew both established and emerging poets from Bokaro, Hazaribagh, Ranchi, and Dhanbad.
The symposium commenced with a ceremonial tribute to Maa Saraswati by the chief guest, Dr. Parmeshwar Bharti, and Devanand Madhukar, alongside other prominent literary figures.
This was followed by an impressive lineup of poetry and song performances from distinguished guests including Dilip Singh, Arun Pathak, Brajesh Pandey, Vishal Pandit, Kranti Srivastava, Reena Yadav, Mohit Kali Das, Geeta Gustak, Soni Kumari, Ankit Shekhar, Kiran Devi, Jyoti Verma, Manoj Kumar Nishant, Anil Kumar Srivastava, Awasthi ji, Ashok ji, Pankaj Latha, and Shailesh Kumar Dubey.
Under the chairmanship of Dr. Parmeshwar Bharti, the symposium showcased a diverse array of poetic expressions. The event concluded with a ceremony where Dr. Parmeshwar Bharti and Devanand Madhukar honored all participating poets with certificates. Secretary Chandni Verma effectively conducted the program, and President Purnima Suman delivered the vote of thanks, rounding off a memorable celebration of poetry and literary expression.
