New Delhi: An e-auction of gifts received by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will commence on September 17, Union Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat announced at a press briefing today. This marks the sixth edition of the auction, which began in 2019, and will run until October 2.

Minister Shekhawat encouraged public participation, highlighting that proceeds from the auction will benefit the Namami Gange Fund. The auction will feature approximately 600 items, including unique artworks, intricately crafted temple models, Hindu deities, and the shoes worn by Paralympians.

Interested individuals can register and place their bids through the official website, https://pmmementos.gov.in. The auction is part of the Seva Pakhwara celebration, which runs from September 17 to October 2 and includes events such as Kala Karma, the Jana Shakti exhibition, and a thematic art workshop for students.
