New Delhi: In a bold move, the Kshatriya Karni Sena has announced a reward of Rs 1 crore 11 lakh 11 thousand 111 for any police officer who encounters gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. This announcement was made by the National President of Karni Sena, Dr. Raj Shekhawat, who accused Bishnoi of the murder of former Karni Sena president Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi.
In a viral video, Shekhawat stated, “Amar Shaheed Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was killed by Lawrence Bishnoi. We need a fear-free India, not a fearful society.” The demand for this reward comes in the wake of Gogamedi’s assassination on December 5, 2023, when attackers entered his Jaipur home and shot him during a conversation.
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for the murder. Gang member Goldy Brar disclosed in a television interview that Gogamedi had been warned multiple times about interfering in their operations.
This announcement highlights the ongoing tensions between law enforcement and criminal organizations, as the Karni Sena seeks justice for Gogamedi’s untimely death. The implications of such a reward could intensify the already volatile situation surrounding Bishnoi and his gang.
