Bokaro: Vedanta ESL Steel Limited organized a successful Sit & Draw Open Competition as part of its Project Prerna initiative, aimed at nurturing creativity among children. Held at Babugram Football Ground, the event saw over 400 participants from nearby villages and Vedanta drawing centers showcasing their artistic talents.

The competition, open to all age groups, aimed to foster creativity, identify young talent, and provide a platform for self-expression. A distinguished panel of judges, including World Record Holder Mohan Azad and senior teacher Bidyanti Kumari, evaluated the participants’ work.

Speaking on the occasion, Kunal Daripa, Head CSR, ESL Steel Limited said, “Project Prerna is dedicated to nurturing young talent and cultivating a culture of creativity and self-expression. The overwhelming participation of over 400 students is a testament to the initiative’s success. Through this competition, we aimed to ignite children’s passion for art, encouraging them to explore their creative potential while providing them with a platform to gain recognition for their talents. We firmly believe that initiatives like these play a crucial role in their overall development and growth.”
