Bengaluru: The International Center of Art of Living in Bengaluru recently witnessed a spectacular showcase of cultural richness during the four-day All India Kala Sadhak Sangam 2024 organized by Sanskar Bharati.

The event, which brought together 2,500 artists from various states, featured a vibrant array of performances including music, drama, painting, poetry, literature, and dance.

The concluding session of the event saw Mohan Madhukar Bhagwat, the Sarsangh Chalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, highlighting the significance of art in imparting values and fostering societal harmony. He encouraged artists to use their art as a medium to convey meaningful messages, acknowledging the continuous efforts of Sanskar Bharati in this regard.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji, the founder of the Art of Living, commended the RSS and Sanskar Bharati for their efforts in organizing the event, emphasizing the importance of self-realization through art and culture, particularly in the current era marked by mental health challenges.

Nitish Bhardwaj, National Vice President of Sanskar Bharati and renowned for his portrayal of Shri Krishna in the Mahabharata serial, emphasized the global outlook of Hindu society and the necessity for collective efforts towards social harmony.

The event also featured captivating performances from various states, showcasing their unique cultural heritage.

Artists from Jharkhand presented a tableau depicting social harmony, while a Chhau dance team mesmerized the audience with a dance drama on the theme of Shri Ram Kevat. Artists from Jharkhand included Sushil Ankan, Umeshchandra Mishra, Vishwanath Prasad, Rakesh Raman, Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, Ramanuj Pathak, Dr. Ragini Bhushan, Dr. Juhi Saparpita, Dr. Mudita Chandra, Anita Singh, Mathuresh Kumar Verma, Sachchidanand Singh, Archana Verma, Brahmanand Dasundhi, C.A. Vikas Verma, Kumar Keshav, Vishnu Charan Giri, Narendra Prasad, Satyajit Krishna, Hariom Sudhanshu, Vipin Prasad Sinha, Dheeraj Kumar and others.

The participation of more than 2,500 artists from different parts of the country highlighted the rich cultural diversity of India. With a theme focused on social harmony, the event celebrated the unity in diversity that defines India’s cultural ethos.
