ANS: SpaceX CEO Elon Musk is facing allegations of engaging in sexual relationships with two employees, including an intern, and asking another to have his children, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.
The report claims that Musk fostered an uncomfortable work environment at his companies, SpaceX and Tesla, making female employees uneasy. This is the latest in a string of accusations against the billionaire, who has previously been alleged to use drugs such as LSD, cocaine, ecstasy, mushrooms, and ketamine, even during work-related activities with board members.
Musk has been accused of creating a “hostile work environment” where sexual harassment jokes were common, women were paid less than men, and employees who complained were often dismissed.
Former employees have described a sexist culture where sexual comments and other forms of harassment were tolerated or ignored.
The Wall Street Journal report cites Tesla employees who claimed they received “an unusual amount of attention” from Musk. Additionally, a SpaceX flight attendant alleged that Musk exposed himself to her and offered to buy her a horse in exchange for sex in 2016.
Another former SpaceX employee claimed Musk asked her to have his children on multiple occasions before she resigned in 2013.
Musk, who has at least 10 children, has reportedly stated that the world faces an underpopulation crisis and that individuals with high IQs should procreate.
The report also mentioned that a woman working at SpaceX received repeated invitations from Musk to visit his house at night.
