Ranchi: Today, a poignant “Samman-cum-Vidaay Samaroh” was organized at CCL Headquarters, Darbhanga House, Ranchi, bidding farewell to six retiring employees from various departments.

The retirees honored were Manoj Kumar Prasad, General Manager (Excavation); Udit Pratap Narayan, General Manager (Social Security); Vinay Kant Sinha, Chief Manager (Finance); Pradeep Niral Toppo, Office Superintendent (A-1); Junika Parpiya, Metron (A-1) at Gandhinagar Hospital; and Prem Singh, Senior Clerk (General Administration). This ceremony comes as part of the retirement of a total of 86 employees from CCL in June.

During the event, General Manager (Officer Establishment) Sanjay Kumar Thakur extended gratitude to the retiring employees, presenting them with shawls, coconuts, bouquets, mementos, honor letters, and service certificates.

Thakur emphasized the importance of maintaining good health post-retirement and assured continued support from the company and management whenever needed.

A touching video clip showcasing the retirees’ work experiences was screened, allowing them to reminisce and share memorable moments from their service tenure with colleagues.

Chief Manager (Welfare) Keya Mukherjee delivered the welcome address and proposed the vote of thanks, highlighting the significant contributions of the Welfare Department and other involved departments in ensuring the success of the program.
