Ranchi: The Human Resources Department of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) recently organized a comprehensive Computer Awareness Training Program aimed at enhancing the skills of newly recruited Cat-I employees.
The initiative was inaugurated by Director (Personnel) Shri Harsh Nath Mishra, who underscored the significance of computer literacy in modern office environments.
During his address, Mishra highlighted the practical applications of computer knowledge and emphasized its pivotal role in optimizing office workflows.
He urged participants to actively engage in the training sessions to maximize their learning potential and grasp future career benefits.
Accompanying Mishra were key figures including General Manager of Human Resource Development, Ramakant Pandey, along with department heads Navneet Kumar (Working & Integration), PK Sinha (Staff Establishment), and Kavita Gupta (Manpower).
