Bokaro: A 93-year-old man recovered from Coronavirus infection and returned back home on Tuesday. He is a resident of Kurpania under the Bermo police station in Bokaro district.
The elderly, man who has beaten Coronavirus infection was discharged from the district COVID Care Center, after he tested negative for the Sars-Cov-2 virus for the second time. He is recovered fully and sent back to home, said Rajesh Kumar Singh Deputy Commissioner Bokaro.
At this age, there is a lot of difficulty in fighting with Coronavirus infection, but he has won a giant battle by fighting the infection with passion.
Worldwide, COVID-19 patients above the age of 60 are generally categorized as “high-risk”; they were already suffering from various age-related, said A K Pathak Civil Surgeon Bokaro.
“The team of doctors also congratulated him and advised to stay in the home quarantine for 14 days in his home,” he added.
Besides the elderly person 11 more patients were discharged from Bokaro General Hospital (BGH) after they tested negative for the Sars-Cov-2 virus for the second time and sent back to their home after recovering fully, he said
“They will now stay in the home quarantine for 14 days in their homes.”
Among the other 11 who returned to their homes includes a 45-year-old man from Pindarajora, a 45-year-old man from Sector 11B, a 35-year-old woman from Sector 2, a 26-year-old youth from Sector 2C, a 25-year-old woman from Kurpania Bermo, a 26-year-old from Sector 1C, a 36-year-old man from Dundi Bazaar, a 30-year-old man from Bhatua Chas, a 38-year-old man from Kailash Nagar, and a 33-year-old woman from Ramnagar Bermo, he informed.
After being discharged from the hospital the patients said that we all were taken care well in the hospital. Though, the corona is a terrible disease but can be defeated as we have done, said the patients who were discharged. “Just maintain courage, follow the instructions of the doctors and the orders of the government to avoid Coronavirus infection, they said. The youth and women who conquered the global epidemic COVID-19 appealed to the people to follow the SOP given by the government and the instructions are given by the district administration to prevent the spread of corona infection.
